1An Appleton resident was referred to the district attorney's office for theft charges after she failed to pay for several cosmetics orders from a Mary Kay consultant in the N92 W17700 block of White Oak Circle between Sept. 23 and Nov. 7.

2A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for shoplifting $41 of merchandise at Target, N95 W17707 Shady Lane, shortly after noon Oct. 25.

3A purse containing credit cards was stolen from a locked vehicle parked at Arandell Corp., N82 W13118 Leon Road, then used the credit cards at several locations in Milwaukee between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Nov. 9. The front passenger side window was broken to gain entry.

4A duffle bag of clothing was stolen from a locked car parked at St. Anthony's Church, N74 W13604 Appleton Ave., between 4 and 5:30 p.m. Nov. 10. The driver's side rear window was broken to gain entry.

5A resident called police after seeing a man smash the window of a vehicle and steal a purse in the parking lot at St. Mary's Church, N89 W16297 Cleveland Ave., at 11:18 a.m. Nov. 11. Police are seeking a 36-year-old Milwaukee man for questioning in the theft.

6A vehicle owner's manual, a tire gauge and paperwork were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at the Villa Vista Condominiums, N82 W13526 Fond du Lac Ave., between 4:45 p.m. Nov. 7 and 1 p.m. Nov. 11.

7A purse and a GPS unit were stolen from a locked vehicle parked at AJ O'Brady's, N88 W16495 Main St., between 4:50 and 9 p.m. Nov. 14. The passenger side window was smashed with a pry tool to gain entry.

8A purse was stolen out of a locked van parked in front of the United Fitness Center, N85 W15960 Appleton Ave., between 4:30 and 6:10 p.m. Nov. 14. The driver's side sliding door window was pried open to gain entry.

9Two unknown suspects shoplifted eight cartons of Newport cigarettes, valued at $536, from a display area at Woodman's, W124 N8145 Highway 145, shortly before 11:30 p.m. Nov. 14. The suspects, described as two males, were last seen entering leaving the lot in a late 1990s maroon, four-door Ford Taurus.


10A 22-year-old Bay View man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, and cited for operating a vehicle with suspended registration and driver's license on Menomonee Avenue and Main Street at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 13. His blood alcohol content was 0.22.


11Five people were transported to the hospital after a driver failed to stop for a red light and caused a three-car accident at Pilgrim Road and Silver Spring Drive at 8:18 a.m. Nov. 12. A 65-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disregarding a traffic signal.

12A 43-year-old Menomonee Falls woman and her passenger, an 11-year-old girl, were transported to the hospital after their car was struck by a Jeep, then pushed into another vehicle at Silver Spring Drive and Lilly Road at 6:45 p.m. Nov. 12. The driver of the Jeep, a 39-year-old Menomonee Falls man, was cited for inattentive driving and disregarding a traffic signal.

13A 21-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries after she attempted to make a left turn in front of oncoming traffic at Appleton and Menomonee avenues at 11:10 a.m. Nov. 13. She was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making a left turn.


14A 2003 Cadillac was scratched on three separate occasions while it was parked in the back lot of the Arboretum, W180 N7890 Town Hall Road, between 10 p.m. Oct. 26 and 10 p.m. Nov. 12. Police are questioning a possible suspect.

Menomonee Falls police responded to one domestic violence call between Nov. 7 and Nov. 15.
