1An envelope containing $4,000 was stolen off an employee's desk at the Actuant Corporation Warehouse, N85 W12545 Westbrook Crossing, between 4 p.m. Oct. 19 and 8 a.m. Oct. 29.

2The driver of a white Chevy Suburban left without paying for $95 of gas at Paul's Mobil, N56 W13920 Silver Spring Drive, at 5:43 a.m. Jan. 2.

3The driver of a gray Dodge Durango left without paying for $67 of gas at Paul's Mobil, N56 W13920 Silver Spring Drive, at 10:22 a.m. Jan. 2. Police have the license plate of the suspect vehicle and are following up.

4TV sets were stolen out of two locked recreational vehicles parked at Roskopf's RV center, W164 N9306 Water St., between 5 p.m. Jan. 4 and 8 a.m. Jan. 10. The business owner told police an unknown subject(s) broke the locks on 14 of his customer's RVs, entered about 10 of the RVs and stole TVs from two of them.

5The driver of a white SUV-type vehicle left without paying for $91 of gas at Paul's Mobil, N56 W13920 Silver Spring Drive, at 5:18 a.m. Jan. 5. The vehicle was last seen driving eastbound on Silver Spring Drive at a high rate of speed.

6A smartphone and car charger, valued at $230, were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at Woodman's, W124 N8145 Highway 145, at 10:10 p.m. Jan. 5. The incident was captured on video surveillance and police are investigating.

7A green and orange snowboard was taken from a child who was sledding with his mother at Rotary Park in the 14800 block of MacArthur Drive at about 4:30 p.m. Jan. 6. The child's mother told police she went down the hill on a sled with her son and left the snowboard at the top of the hill, and when they came back the board was gone.


8A 31-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police found a glass pipe and a plastic container of marijuana under his seat during a traffic stop on Appleton Avenue and Woosencraft Drive at about 1:10 a.m. Jan. 6. The man was a passenger in the car and admitted to owning the paraphernalia after police arrested the driver, a 31-year-old man, for drunken driving.


9A 58-year-old West Allis man was arrested for drunken driving after he drove his Toyota Corolla into a ditch on Lilly Road just south of Bobolink Avenue at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 2. His blood alcohol content was 0.21.

10A 31-year-old West Bend man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, after an officer stopped him for speeding in the 16000 block of Appleton Avenue at about 9 p.m. Jan. 5. The driver admitted to drinking at Falls Pub and Grill before the stop. His BAC was 0.16.


11A 20-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was conveyed to the hospital after her car left the road and struck a large decorative stone in a yard on Marach Road and Crestwood Drive at 9:27 p.m. Jan. 4. She was cited for driver condition (driving while intoxicated), driving too fast for conditions and failure to have control of a vehicle.

12A 20-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was transported to the hospital after she lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree while trying to make a left turn into a commercial parking lot in the N86 W18300 block of County Line Road at 5:17 p.m. Jan. 6. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions.


13A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody for a probation violation after officers found him drunk and asleep in his car at Pilgrim Petro, N48 W15636 Lisbon Road, at 5:55 a.m. Jan. 5.

14A 29-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for not failing to install a mandatory Ignition Interlock Device on his vehicle after he was pulled over for speeding on Highway 41 South and Main Street at 3:10 a.m. Jan. 7.

Menomonee Falls police assisted with two rescue calls between Jan. 2 and Jan. 11.
