Police Report: Dec. 9

1A resident in the W172 N11300 block of Division Road reported an unknown subject with a flashlight broke into her second story apartment through a sliding glass door at about 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6. The report did not state whether anything was stolen from the residence.


2An unknown male subject shoplifted two or three packs of Swisher Sweet Cigarillos from behind the counter at Speedway, W164 N11233 Squire Drive, and then fled in a black, late 1990s Chevrolet Tahoe at about 10:20 p.m. Dec. 3. The suspect, described only as a male, was last seen driving northbound on Squire Drive.


3A 33-year-old woman was arrested for possession of marijuana after police found marijuana in her possession after she was arrested for shoplifting at Menards, W186 N9754 Appleton Ave., at about 1:50 p.m. Dec. 6.

4Three men were arrested for possession of heroin at Super 8, N96 W17490 County Line Road, at about 11:05 p.m. Dec. 7.


5A 54-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving in the N116 W16100 block of Main Street at about 9:15 p.m. Dec. 7. His preliminary blood alcohol content was unavailable.

6A 57-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after she struck a parked vehicle in the W162 N11600 block of Park Avenue at about 3 a.m. Dec. 8. Her preliminary blood alcohol content was unavailable.


7Two people were transported to the hospital after a Jeep swerved into their lane in an attempt to avoid a collision and struck their vehicle while driving northbound on U.S. Highway 41 and Holy Hill Road at 5:20 p.m. Dec. 2. The driver of the Jeep was cited for failure to have control of a vehicle.


8A resident in the N114 W15900 block of Sylvan Circle reported someone damaged the tire valves and flattened tires on her vehicle at 10:55 a.m. Dec. 6.


9An employee at Domino's Pizza, N112 W15800 Mequon Road, reported finding a counterfeit $5 bill in the bank deposit at noon Dec. 3.

· Germantown police assisted with 14 rescue calls and one fire call between Dec. 1 and Dec. 8.


10Police and firefighters responded to a report of a structure/cabin fire in the N144 W16500 block of Pioneer Road at 12:10 a.m. Dec. 8. The building was unoccupied at the time of the fire and there were no injuries. A damage estimate was unavailable.
