Burglary

1An iPhone was reported stolen from an unlocked residence on Yorktowne Lane at 7:30 p.m. June 28.

Theft

2A credit card was reported stolen out of a vehicle while the driver was getting an oil change at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at 5 p.m. June 26.

3Someone shoplifted a TV at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., and fled the lot in a small gold vehicle at 3:35 a.m. June 27.

4A 2002 Lexus ES300 was stolen from the parking lot at Nelson Container, W180 N11921 River Lane between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. June 29. A blue Chevy truck was also entered and rummaged through, but nothing was reported missing.

5Several items were reported stolen out of a vehicle parked at Momentum Early Learning, W175 N11037 Stonewood Drive, at 5:30 p.m. June 29. Police reviewed surveillance footage, which showed the suspect, a male in a silver SUV, stealing items out of the vehicle.

6Two cell phones, an iPod and cigarettes were reported stolen out of a truck parked in a driveway in the W215 N10300 block of Beech Drive at 11:45 p.m. June 29.

Drug possession

7A 27-year-old man who flagged down a police officer at Holy Hill Mobil, N128 W21760 Holy Hill Road, to report his vehicle struck a construction barrel was taken into custody for drug possession at 10:55 a.m. June 29.

8A man was taken into custody for felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver after his vehicle was pulled over for a traffic/equipment violation on Appleton Avenue and County Line Road at about 11:05 p.m. July 2.

9A 26-year-old man was taken into custody for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia after a police officer saw what appeared to be a man using drugs inside his vehicle in the parking lot at Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., at about 5:30 a.m. July 3.

OWI

10A 25-year-old man was taken into custody for second offense OWI in the N116 W16200 block of Main Street at about 1:45 a.m. June 29.

11A 25-year-old man was taken into custody for second offense OWI and driving with a revoked license on Pilgrim and Mequon roads after his vehicle was pulled over for driving north in the southbound lanes of Pilgrim Road at 5:10 a.m. July 2.

12A 63-year-old man was taken into custody for third offense OWI and driving with a revoked license after another motorist reported he was driving all over the roadway while traveling north on Highway 41 and County Line Road at 3:50 p.m. July 2.

Vandalism

13Someone scratched the front passenger side window of a Dodge Caravan parked at Wacker Corporation, W180 N11691 River Lane, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. June 29. A silver SUV was seen entering the lot at about 12:35 p.m., and police will review surveillance footage of the incident.

14Tires were slashed on a Dodge Ram pickup truck parked in the W215 N10300 block of Beech Drive between the late evening hours of June 30 and 5:20 a.m. July 1.

Germantown police assisted the fire department with 23 rescue calls and one fire call between June 26 and July 3.
