Germantown Police Report: August 7, 2014

1The driver of a silver Chrysler Town and Country left without paying for $49 of gas at Kwik Trip, W188 N10963 Maple Road, at about 3:25 p.m. on Sunday, July 27.

Drug possession

2A 31-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana, heroin, cocaine and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Wasaukee Road and Elm Lane at about 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, July 27. He was also taken into custody for having two valid warrants through the Germantown Police Department and was transported to the Washington County Jail.

3Police responding to several reports of a man that had a gas can attached to his belt and was dumping gasoline behind him on Wagon Trail and County Court cited a 29-year-old man for possession of drug paraphernalia and took him into custody for having a valid warrant through the Germantown Police Department at about 8:40 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30.

Drunken driving

4A 37-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was arrested for fifth-offense drunken driving after her blue Chevy Impala was pulled over on Hilltop Drive and Mequon Road at about 8:20 p.m. on Thursday, July 31. Police also found a 2-year-old boy inside the vehicle and a relative was called to take custody of the child. The suspect's preliminary blood alcohol content was unavailable at the time of the report.


5A resident in the W158 N11100 block of Legend Avenue reported his 2014 Kia was vandalized some time between the late evening hours of July 26 and 9:30 a.m. July 27. The report did not say how the car was vandalized.

6A man reported someone broke a window on his vehicle with a rock while it was parked in the lot at Wisconsin Expo Inc., N113 W18750 Carnegie Drive, at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29.


7A female called 911 to report her brother just broke down her door and then the call was disconnected at about 1:20 p.m. on Sunday, July 27. Police responded to the residence where the call originated in the W143 N9600 block of Amber Drive and discovered the two were having an argument over food. The police report did not say if anyone was cited.

8A 46-year-old man was taken into custody for a probation violation after he became intoxicated and refused to pay his bar bill at Bub's Irish Pub, N116 W16218 Main St., at about 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29.

9An anonymous caller reported a man hiding in some pine trees near Dalebrook Drive and Freistadt Road at about 6:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 31. Police made contact with the man, who said his daughter had been sneaking out of the house at night and returning home around this time every morning, and he was attempting to see who was dropping off his daughter. He was advised to leave the area.

10A resident in the W169 N10500 block of Pheasant Run called police to report she just saw her neighbor urinating in his yard at about 4:25 p.m. on Thursday, July 31. The responding officer spoke to the man and advised him about the complaint and disorderly conduct laws.

11Police responding to an anonymous report that loud party was taking place at a residence in the W142 N10400 block of Magnolia Drive cited 10 people for underage drinking at about 12:15 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 1.

12An unknown male passed a counterfeit $100 bill at Stein Garden Center, W184 N9676 Appleton Ave., at about 12:15 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1. The bill was a bleached $5 that was reprinted as a $100 bill. The suspect left the store when confronted by the clerk and police were unable to locate him.

Germantown police assisted the fire department with 20 rescue calls and two fire calls between July 26 and Aug. 2.
