Police Report: Feb. 18

1Two pump action shotguns were stolen from a residence in the W152 N7300 block of Westwood Drive sometime between Nov. 16 and Feb. 11.

2An employee at Target, N95 W17707 Shady Lane, called police at 12:11 p.m. Feb. 1 to report two unknown subjects stole a large amount of baby formula on Feb. 1 by concealing it in a large plastic bin they picked up from the housewares department. Police have identified one of the suspects, a 26-year-old Milwaukee woman, as the same woman arrested by Oak Creek police for a similar incident at the Oak Creek Target on Nov. 27.

A resident in the W159 N4800 block of Graysland Drive called police after an unknown subject(s) used his credit card number to make $3,033 worth of online purchases between Feb. 5 and Feb. 7. The charges were unauthorized and there are no suspects at this time.

3A $100 briefcase, keys and a checkbook were stolen from a locked car parked in the N96 W16800 block of Cumberland Court at about 8 p.m. Feb. 8. The right front window was smashed to gain entry. A co-worker of the victim told police she saw a person looking into vehicles around the time of the theft.

4An unknown man driving a maroon, 2001 Chrysler Town & Country minivan left without paying for $39 of gas at Speedway, N87 W17245 Main St., at 11:50 p.m. Feb. 9. Police are obtaining video surveillance from the business in an attempt to identify the suspect.

5A Butler woman called police after she unknowingly dropped her wallet and cellphone in the parking lot at Pick 'n Save, N95 W18273 County Line Road, and an unknown subject(s) kept her wallet and used her Walmart gift certificate in Germantown at 1:15 p.m. Feb. 8. Police are following up with Walmart to obtain surveillance video.

6Three unknown subjects cut the wires off two security cameras and stole them off a display at Best Buy, N95 W16855 Richfield Way, at 8:30 p.m. Feb. 1. On Feb. 8, police in Eden Prairie, Minn., contacted Menomonee Falls Police after they arrested the three subjects and found the stolen cameras in their possession.

7Two prescription bottles of Vicodin and Tramadol, two walkie-talkies, two flashlights, one folding utility knife, personal and business checks and about $50 in change were stolen from two unlocked vehicles parked in a driveway in the N50 W16100 block of Maple Crest Lane between 5 p.m. Feb. 11 and 8:30 a.m. Feb. 12.

8The driver of a black Toyota or Hyundai SUV left without paying for $53 of gas at Wittlin's Gas Station, N92 W17387 Appleton Ave., at 5:45 p.m. Feb. 12.


9Officers responding to a report of trouble between two neighbors in the N92 W16900 block of Roger Avenue arrested a 59-year-old Menomonee Falls man for possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping at 1:10 p.m. Feb. 8

10A 22-year-old Iron Ridge woman was arrested for possession of heroin after police found 0.06 grams of heroin in her bra after she was arrested for shoplifting two packages of meat at Woodman's, W124 N8145 Highway 145, at 8:20 p.m. Feb. 9.


11An unknown subject(s) threw brake rotors at a residence in the N65 W13800 block of Lilly Creek Drive and damaged an $850 window and a $150 shutter at 2:15 a.m. Feb. 10. Police have a possible suspect and are investigating.

Menomonee Falls police assisted with one rescue call between Feb. 7 and Feb. 12.
